Customers can cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched without any cancellation charges. If cancellation is made after the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
• Payment made but service not provided.
• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Service has already been completed.
• Issue arises due to misuse or external damage after repair.
• Customer refuses service after inspection.
Customers can request to reschedule the service by contacting us through phone or WhatsApp before the scheduled visit.
